99 Series Unleaded Inglaze

Description:A range of intermixable, durable inglaze colours, suitable for fast firing onto porcelain and stoneware.
Printing Conditions:Recommended mesh size for all screen applications is 90 - 150 T (180 – 305 mesh)
Powder-to-medium ratios are dependent on application, typically:
Direct screen printing 10:6 to 10:4
Decal printing 10:8 to 10:6
Recommended Firing Cycles:The range is designed for firing onto feldspathic porcelain:
1150-1280ºC (2102-2336ºF), firing 60-120 minutes cold to cold.
Chemical Resistance:When applied and fired correctly, the range will meet the chemical resistance levels described. This level of resistance, however, does not imply or guarantee any specific levels of resistance to atmospheric exposure or product lifespan.
Acid Resistance
Immersion in 4% acetic acid at room temperature for 100 hours produces no deterioration in either colour or gloss.
Dishwasher Durability
Dishwasher resistance ASM 112 > 500 cycles
Accelerated assessment in 0.4% IEC 436 Type A solution at 78ºC (172ºF)
Mode of Supply:The colours from this range can be provided in:
- Powder
- Screen transfer printing medium
- Direct screen printing medium
- Thermoplastic screen printing medium
- Water-based spraying medium
- Banding medium
- Hand-painting medium
Reactive Effects:The range can be further enhanced by the use of Reactive Flux 99C1001. This provides the opportunity to create unique fired effects when used in combination with the enamels in the range.
